Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two primary shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Cost: $12.95 (Applicable to all orders).
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
    • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.

Please Note: We ship worldwide, excluding parts of Asia and a few remote territories. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

To uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene for our community of athletes, the following product categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Bath Caps
  • Body Care products
  • Electrostimulation devices
  • Gels (nutritional products)
  • Compression Calf Sleeves (if the original packaging has been opened)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to get started:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please use the template provided at the bottom of this page to ensure a swift process.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box. Ship your return to:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping & Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or the product was defective).

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that we do not receive.

Refunds & Exchanges

For Refunds:

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days after we have processed your return for the refund to appear in your account.

For Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are processed immediately after return inspection, and your new item will be shipped via your preferred method.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may be applied to items not returned in their original condition.

International Returns

For our international customers outside the U.S., return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations based on your financial institution.
