Resistance weight:

• Lightweight – (5-8 kg) Lightweight: Perfect for stretching and rehabilitation exercises, and especially for patients who are starting rehabilitation exercises, or for children or elderly patients.
• Medium – (8-10 kg) Medium: neither too light nor too heavy; perfect for most people! Use for yoga, rehabilitation, stretching and more.
• Heavy – (10-12 kg) Heavy: Perfect for resistance training and stretching. Each RockBand Flex includes a detailed instruction booklet with exercises and movements for use with your new Flex.
