At Triathlon Gear Shop, we understand that precision in your gear is as important as precision in your performance. While we strive to deliver the perfect fit and function with every order, we know that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same efficiency and care that we apply to selecting our premium triathlon products.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of shipment. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Certain product categories are excluded (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bath Caps
  • Body Care products
  • Electrostimulation devices
  • Gels (nutritional products)
  • Compression Calf Sleeves (if packaging opened)

These exceptions align with our commitment to athlete health and hygiene standards.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the box. Ship to:

  4. Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item(s) and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds may be subject to a restocking fee for items not returned in original condition.

International Returns

For our global customers outside the United States (excluding restricted areas), return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations.
