Do you want to swim but your pool is not long enough? This swimming elastic allows you to swim statically, maintaining sensations and muscular work.

THE BENEFITS OF STATIC SWIMMING
Static swimming is great for listening to your body and focusing on your swimming technique.
Work your bilateral breathing, focusing on rotating your head to breathe on each side.
Improve your kick by focusing on the movement of your hips and legs as you swim statically.
The static swimming elastic can also be used for running in water and is ideal for rehabilitation exercises.

THE PRODUCT: STATIC SWIM ELASTIC
The static swimming elastic is composed of 2 parts:
– an adjustable central part which attaches to a fixed support of the swimming pool ladder type;
– an exchangeable part that you can attach to your waist or to your feet.
The elastic has an adjustment range of 1 meter, i.e. a total length ranging from 2 to 3 meters. It must always be attached to the edge of the pool with the hook. Before starting to practice, be sure to check that the clip is properly closed.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
This product is intended for adult swimmers. The static swimming elastic left alone in the pool can be a hazard to children.
