How it works ?

When a muscle, joint, tendon, or ligament is overworked or damaged, the area becomes inflamed or swollen. This swelling is made up of blood (internal bleeding from the wound) and other fluids. MAKE YOUR TAPING LIKE A PRO

1. Apply the strip at least one hour before sports activity, on very clean, dry and warmed skin. In wet conditions, apply the tape indoors to ensure that moisture does not interfere with the adhesive. Shave off excess hair for better grip.
2. For optimal application of the KT Tape , the recommended application is 2 or 3 hours before sports activity or immersion in water.
3. If the application requires a cut, make round cuts. Round corners adhere to the skin longer.
4. Before applying the tape, stretch the part of the body where the pain is felt according to the written or visual instructions. Warning: Failure to follow the instructions may cause the belt to loosen prematurely and make it less effective.
5. To remove the paper from the tape, tear off the back and remove only what is necessary for the application without touching, if possible, the sticky side of the tape.
6. Apply the strip directly to the skin for more resistant and long-lasting applications. Some applications of KT Tape will require overlapping or crossing several pieces of tape.
7. Do not stretch the ends of the tape. The first three centimeters should always be applied without tension.
8. To activate the latex-free adhesive hold the appropriate position and rub the strips vigorously with the protective paper along their entire lengths. The heat created by this friction activates the adhesive.

How to choose between KT Tape Pro (synthetic) or KT Tape Orignal (cotton)?
