The Roctane recovery drink contains:

• 20g of whey protein (whey protein) to improve protein synthesis and promote muscle regeneration
• 30g of fast-acting carbohydrates to replenish muscle glycogen stores
• 230mg of sodium, the first electrolyte lost in sweat, helps hydration by maintaining water balance
• 100 mg of calcium, an essential vitamin for strengthening bones and contributing to muscle contraction
• 2mg of iron, a trace element used to supply the various organs with oxygen
• 200mg of potassium, mineral salt conditioning the quantity of water present in the cells and participating in particular in the synthesis of proteins and glycogen
• 40mg of magnesium, a mineral salt involved in protein synthesis and the breakdown of glucose to release energy
