Drink for demanding sportsmen with both dextrose and maltodextrin. Particularly pleasant drink with a relatively unsweetened taste, even in hot weather. For efforts between 2 and 4 hours. Available in 5 flavors: blood orange, forest fruits, lime, orange-lychee and mint! USE: 3 scoops for 600ml in cool weather, 2 scoops for 600ml in hot weather.

• Before the effort, 2 hours before: Drink a can of 500 ml (3 pods) in small sips until the moment of departure.
• During exercise: Drink 500 ml per hour with 2 or 3 scoops (30 to 45 g per container).
• During intense effort or in hot weather, the consumption is several cans per hour, it is advisable to concentrate a little less: 3 pods.
• More regular efforts or in cool weather, concentrate a little more: 4 pods. After the effort, up to 2 hours after the end of the effort: Drink 1 to 2 cans of 500 ml: 3 pods (45 g) Why? It is important to quickly replenish electrolytes and glycogen after exercise for a much faster recovery.
