Directions:
- Before exercise 2 hours before: Drink a can of 500 ml (3 scoops) in small sips until the time of departure.
- During exercise: Drink 500 ml per hour with 2 or 3 pods (30 to 45 grams per can).
- During strenuous exercise or hot weather, consumption of several cans per hour, it is wise to focus a little less than 3 pods.
- More regular effort or cool weather, focus a little more: 4 pods.
- After exercise, up to 2 hours after the end of exercise: Drink 1-2 cans of 500 ml: 3 scoops (45 g)
