How do I choose the right size for compression wear and clothing?
Each product page includes detailed size charts specific to the item. We recommend measuring yourself according to our guidelines and comparing to the chart for optimal fit. Remember, compression gear should be snug but not restrictive.
Are your electronics and electrostimulation devices compatible with international voltages?
Most of our electronic training devices are designed for international use with voltage ranges of 100-240V, but please check individual product specifications for details. Some items may require plug adapters for your country.

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide except Asia and some remote areas due to logistical constraints. We offer two shipping options:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information. You can monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse in Anchorage, US directly to your doorstep using the carrier’s tracking system.

Prices displayed on our site don’t include potential customs duties or import taxes, which vary by country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery in accordance with your country’s regulations.

We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain products like bath caps, body care items, and compression wear may have specific return conditions.
