Drink containing simple sugars and complex sugars as well as vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 contributes to a normal energy metabolism.
Maintenance of muscle integrity thanks to BCAAs, branched amino acids.
Use :
During exercise: Drink up to 600 ml per hour with 2 or 3 scoops of powder.
- Intense efforts or in hot weather: 2 pods.
- More regular efforts or in cool weather: 3 pods.
After the effort: Use as a priority the Fenioux Multisports recovery drink, failing that and up to 2 hours after the end of the effort, drink 1 to 2 cans of 600 ml (3 pods) of progressive drink.
