After the effort, it’s time to replenish your reserves:
stretching + hydration + adapted diet = the keys to good recovery.
The body being the most receptive in the hour following the end of the effort, do not leave more than an hour after the end of the exercise to eat/drink.
Why a recovery drink?
Whatever sports activity you have done, the recovery phase is essential.
Your body needs:
- PROTEINS: which help restore muscle mass.
- CARBOHYDRATES: to regain energy.
- VITAMINS: in particular vitamin B12 which contributes to reduce tiredness, vitamin B1 which contributes to a normal energy metabolism.
Ingredients:
Water, sugar, Prolacta® (3.6%) (native soluble milk protein isolate), acidifier (phosphoric acid), vitamins (milk) (B1, B12), natural flavors.
When to consume it?
Drink the entire bottle within 30 minutes of exercise to maximize effectiveness.
For 1 bottle of 200ml the intakes are as follows:
- 10g of PROLACTA® protein
- 19g carbohydrates
