Description:

BCAAs (2 leucine, 1 valine, 1 isoleucine) or branched amino acids are used in:

• Essential amino acids limit the process of breaking down muscle fibers.
• Vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue.

Use:

• Athletes exercising endurance or muscular power sport.
• To repair muscle tissue and promote recovery (replace amino acids that have been degraded during muscular effort).
• A daily dose of 4 g to 6 g of BCAAs depending on body weight.
